WANDEROPHILE CANCELLATION POLCY
We get it—plans can change! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work at Wanderophile:
1. Cancellations by the Traveler

7 days or more before the trek:
Get a full refund minus a small processing fee (15% of the trek cost). Or, you can opt to transfer your booking to a future trek at no extra charge (Transfer of booking is not applicable for Aranya Vihaara Treks) -
Between 3 and 6 days before the trek:
Receive a 50% refund. If you’d rather join another trek, we’ll transfer your booking minus a 10% rescheduling fee. -
Less than 3 days before the trek or no-show:
No refund possible, as most arrangements (permits, travel, guides) are already set in motion.
However, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member (just notify us in advance with their details).
2. Cancellations by Wanderophile

Minimum group size not met, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances:
You’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook on a future trek—your choice. We’ll let you know at the earliest and help you out with alternative plans.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations or changes must be made via email to hello@wanderophile.com.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Bank/payment gateway processing times may apply.
4. Special Considerations

Medical or family emergencies:
Reach out to us with supporting documents. We’re flexible in genuine cases and will do our best to help you join us on another adventure. -
Partial cancellations (for group bookings):
Apply the same rules per person cancelling. -
Custom/private treks:
Cancellation terms may vary—please refer to your custom itinerary or contact us for details.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

Permit fees, travel insurance, and any add-ons that are non-refundable by third-party vendors cannot be reimbursed.
